HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 🎊 It’s so hard to believe 2025 is over already! It seems as though it had just begun. Here at Triple Chicken Gardens we’re looking forward to all the amazing things we’ll have to offer you this year! So here’s to saying goodbye to one year and hello to another. I can’t wait to see what new things are in store for us all!

Finished product! Here is the finished sauerkraut from the last cabbages of the season. After letting it ferment for a little over a week, I canned it to make it shelf stable.
With the coming of the cold weather and snow, we now turn our sights to processing the last of the vegetables from the year. Here we took the last of the small cabbages and made some sauerkraut. Yummy!
